Gerald E. Marr ropes in 50 years of practiced expertise in ranch management

TULAROSA, NM, June 9, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gerald E. Marr, Owner and Manager of Marr Breaking & Training LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of ranch management.

With an impressive background that spans 50 years, Mr. Marr is known as a breeder and trainer of quality horses. Now on his 37th year as the manager of his own ranch, he is responsible for overseeing business operations, and breeding and training thoroughbreds. Mr. Marr has been riding horses since he was in high school and eventually decided to make a career of it, inspired by his father and uncle who were in the horse business. He credits the success and longevity that he has enjoyed to his knowledge of horses and to the quality of the education he received.

A graduate of New Mexico State University, Mr. Marr received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1960. He is a member of the New Mexico Horsemen's Association and the New Mexico Horse Breeder's Association.
