As the Owner and Primary Producer of Australia Help she has consistently displayed her dedication and excellence in the business community.

Australia Help is involved in the producing and supplying of dairy farming, cropping, cattle, sheep and replacement dairy. Colleen is responsible for monitoring the business in addition to caring for the animals, purchasing supplies and conducting meetings.

Condliffe enjoys reading Outback Magazine as well as gardening, relaxing and doing volunteer work in her spare time.

Colleen is a member of Australian Women in Agriculture as well as being on the Political Council.
She was also nominated for the Victorian Honor Roll.
